I’ve pretty much decided on a “One from the Archives” and “One from Today” theme. I don’t think I could do a Photo-a-Day thing, because even though my life is far from exciting, I still am busy at times. When I get to Cleveland and start doing some heavy duty traveling, there could be some exciting shots….I just hope I remember to have the flash on when I’m in the croc’s stomach or being chased by a mob and I need to catch the anger in their eyes in the setting sun!

I’m thinking about how much of a photography blog this might be. I’m leaning towards “photo-a-day”, with interruptions of many photos when I travel or during special things going on. I think the most interesting to people is actually photos of people. Thing is I don’t want to violate trust by putting on a photo of someone who doesn’t want their photo for the world (or the 4 people who may surf in) to see.

I had a blog before. I posted photos. I’d like to do the same here. How much is this a photography blog, or a “my everyday life” blog? I considering doing a “photo-a-day” theme along with it being somewhat of a travelog (after I arrive in Cleveland). How much techie info about the photos to include? Randy Bachman does a “Every Song tells a Story” show on TV in Canada (gotta love living on the border) where he tells the story behind the song and then performs. Is that the way to go? Post a photo and the story behind it?
My previous blog was virtually ignored. I had some good photos too. I need to find a way to make this blog interesting. I have shots on Flickr as good as some of my contacts who post similar. They get the traffic and I do not. No whining here, it’s supposed to be fun, but I need to find the key to make this a place people visit.
